പെൻഷൻ നിർണയം ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ

I. പെൻഷൻ= [*ശരാശരി വേതനം / 2] X [**യോഗ്യ സർവീസ് / 30]

* ശരാശരി വേതനം (Average Emoluments): വിരമിക്കുന്ന മാസം മുതൽ പുറകോട്ട് പത്തു മാസത്തെ അടിസ്ഥാന ശമ്പളത്തിന്‍റെ ശരാശരി.
** വിരമിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയിൽനിന്നും സർവീസിൽ (സ്ഥിരം) പ്രവേശിച്ച തീയതി കുറച്ചു റൗണ്ട് ചെയ്യുക (അയോഗ്യകാലയളവ് കുറയ്ക്കുക).

II. ഗ്രാറ്റുവിറ്റി (ഡിസിആർജി) = Last Month Pay DA* x യോഗ്യസർവീസ് **

* അവസാന മാസത്തെ അടിസ്ഥാന ശമ്പളവും ക്ഷാമബത്തയും കൂട്ടിയ തുക
** യോഗ്യ സർവീസ് പെൻഷന് പരമാവധി 30 വർഷം, (ഡിസിആർജി) ഗ്രാറ്റുവിറ്റിക്ക് പരമാവധി 33 വർഷം.
ഡിസിആർജി പരമാവധി 17 ലക്ഷം (2019 PR)

III. കമ്യൂട്ടേഷൻ: പെൻഷൻ x 40% x 12 x 11.10*

* ടേബിൾ വാല്യു വിരമിക്കൽ പ്രായം 56 എങ്കിൽ 57ന്‍റെ 11.10

IV. ഫാമിലി പെൻഷൻ അവസാന അടിസ്ഥാന ശമ്പളത്തിന്‍റെ 30% (സാധാരണ നിരക്ക്) 50% ഉയർന്ന നിരക്ക്.

* ജീവനക്കാരന്‍റെ മരണശേഷം ഉയർന്ന നിരക്ക് (50%) ഏഴു വർഷമോ 63 വയസോ, അതിനുശേഷം സാധാരണ നിരക്കായ (30%)
